NOVA marks a new milestone for SBD, as it becomes our first ever limited edition to launch in February, and features one of our most frequently requested colourways that has not been delivered before
NOVA features a bold new colourway: pink/neon-pink and black contrasts, offering a striking, energetic aesthetic.
The NOVA campaign features a line-up of four athletes, consisting of both powerlifters and weightlifters. Leading the powerlifting contingent is Panagiotis Tarinidis from France, a two-time World and European Champion in the 66kg class, who also secured 5th place at Sheffield 2024, alongside Jenny (Zhiyin) Huang from China, the 57kg lifter who has earned consecutive bronze medals at the Asian Championships and made her World Championship debut this year in Chemnitz. Representing weightlifting, the line-up includes Mihaela Cambei from Romania, Olympic silver medallist, World silver medallist, and three-time European Champion in the 53kg category, as well as Kolbi Ferguson, the rising American talent who transitioned from football to weightlifting in 2023 and has since become Pan-American Champion and a two-time top-seven finisher at the World Championships
