Refunds for Defective Products
All SBD Apparel products undergo a stringent quality control process in the UK; we expect our products to live up to the highest standards, and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects.
1.1 Should an item be already defective upon receipt, contact us immediately with a photo of the defect and its date of receipt. We will require the damaged item to be returned for verification with its original packaging or tags.
1.2 You will be required to bring the item to us for a check. Ensure that arrangements have been made in advance with our staff.
1.3 Once verification of the return product is complete, a email will be sent to notify you of the request for refund. The refund will be processed back to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.
1.4 Check your bank account in 2-3 days to confirm if the refund has been processed. If you have yet to receive any refund, contact your credit card company and/or bank to find out if more time is required to officially process the refund.
Exchanges for Size or Colour(if applicable)
There are strictly no exchanges for opened singlets, knee and elbow sleeves, and wrist wraps.
2.1 If you are unsure about the fitting of your item, kindly make an appointment here to try on the equipment or apparel before purchase.
2.2 To be eligible for a size or colour exchange, your item must be a) unused b) in its original packaging with any tags intact. We will not provide exchanges for items that have been used or trained in due to hygiene reasons.
2.3 To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days. Any exchange done beyond 14 days will not be accepted.
2.4 Shipping costs for exchanges:
You can opt to bring the item down physically or have it delivered back to our collection point. You are required to bear the delivery costs for returning the item and also for us to deliver a new item to your location. Ensure that arrangements have been made in advance with our staff.
