Exchanges & Refunds
1.1 We will only refund an item that was sent to you that was defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately upon discovering this and we will arrange to either refund you or to give you store credit. We may require you to return the damaged item to us for verification. We cannot provide refunds for items which have been used, worn, or not in the state in which it was received.
1.2 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
1.3 If your item was specially ordered for you, or customized for you, unfortunately, we cannot give you a refund. Gift cards are non-refundable.
1.4 You need to inform us within 30 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we cannot entertain any requests for refunds after 30 days.
1.5 Shipping costs for refunds:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will also need to pay the shipping fees for the new item to be sent to you.
2.1 If you received an item and it was not defective or damaged, but you are not satisfied with the colour or the way it fits, then you may contact us to exchange it for a different colour or size, depending on availability.
2.2 To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can only exchange the item for a different size or colour. We cannot provide exchanges for items which you have used or worn or trained in. We hope you understand that we need to maintain hygiene standards for our products.
2.3 Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. For the avoidance of doubt, a singlet is not considered an intimate or sanitary good. But please, please, please try on a singlet with your underwear.
2.4 You cannot return or exchange an item which was specially ordered or customized for you.
2.5 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2.6 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2.7 Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2.8 Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
