Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds of unused product

1.1     Orders cancelled after dispatch of the goods will be refunded only once the items are returned to us, and may be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs.

1.2     Items must be returned within 14 days from receiving the goods. Cancellations must be made by email to hello@sbd.sg, quoting your order number.

1.3     You are responsible for the safe return of the goods. In all instances, goods must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect or parts missing, and preferably still in its original packaging. Items may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout.

1.4     Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks will not be accepted for a refund unless a warranty claim is processed.

 

Exchanges for size or colour (if applicable)

2.1     If you are unsure about the fitting of your item, kindly make an appointment here to try on the equipment or apparel before purchase.

2.2     To be eligible for a size or colour exchange, your item must be:
a) New, with no blemish, defect or parts missing and unused
b) In its original packaging with any tags intact.
Items may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks may not be exchanged once opened.

2.3     To complete your exchange, items must be returned to us within 14 days from receiving the goods with a proof of purchase. Any exchanges done beyond 14 days will not be accepted.

2.4     Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email or whatsapp message to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your exchange. Typically this is within three business days, however, it can sometimes take up to seven business days.

2.5     The customer will be responsible for the postage of and the safe return of the goods. An additional postage and packaging charge for the exchange item, at the relevant rate, may apply.

The customer will bear all postage and packaging charges for the safe return of the goods and sending of the exchanged item.

We are not responsible for items that are lost in the post, so we recommend you use a postal tracking service or a service that insures you for the value of the package.
