All SBD Apparel products undergo a stringent quality control process; we expect our products to live up to the highest standards, and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects.
1.1 If a product does not live up to your expectations or should an item be already defective upon receipt, contact us immediately with a photo of the defect and its date of receipt. We will require the damaged item to be returned for verification with its original packaging or tags.
1.2 You will be required to bring the item to us for a check. Ensure that arrangements have been made in advance with our staff.
1.3 Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email or whatsapp message to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed the warranty claim for exchange. Typically this is within three business days, however, it can sometimes take up to seven business days.
1.4 You can either opt for self collection or postage service for the new item.
