All SBD Apparel products undergo a stringent quality control process; we expect our products to live up to the highest standards, and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects.
1.1 If a product does not live up to your expectations or should an item be already defective upon receipt, contact us immediately with a photo of the defect and its date of receipt.
1.2 We will require the damaged item to be returned for verification with its original packaging or tags. You can either opt to bring the item back in person or postage it to us.
1.3 Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email or whatsapp message to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed the warranty claim for exchange. Typically this is within three business days, however, it can sometimes take up to seven business days.
1.4 You can either opt for self collection or postage service for the new item.
1.5 The customer will be responsible for the postage of and the safe return of the goods.
The customer will bear all postage and packaging charges for the safe return of the goods and sending of the item.
We are not responsible for items that are lost in the post, so we recommend you use a postal tracking service or a service that insures you for the value of the package.
Ensure that arrangements have been made in advance with our staff.
