Store Visit

Customers are welcome to try SBD products and make an on the spot purchase and collection. Our Singapore outlet is located at 369A Joo Chiat Road S427614, SBD Singapore. Details of our store operating hours can be seen here.

Self-Collection

After receiving the email that your order is ready for pick up, feel free to visit our store within operating hours to collect your order. Details of our store operating hours and location can be seen here.

Delivery within Singapore

*For time sensitive orders, we would recommend self-collection instead.

Orders purchased in Singapore are sent via tracked shipping which will take 1 to 2 working days after the parcel is picked up.

Local shipping will be free with a minimum spending of $150.

All orders will be arranged for a courier pick up within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless there is an issue with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible.

A parcel tracking number will be sent to your email once the shipment is created.

 

Shipping outside Singapore

We are able to ship worldwide orders via our courier service providers. A parcel tracking number will be sent to your email once your shipping is arranged.

Upon checkout on our website, a list of shipping options and prices will appear. Feel free to reach out to us for a quote if the option for your country is not available.

Countries with Official Retailers
