Purchase, Collection and Shipping

With effect from 22nd July 2019, SBD Singapore will cease to accept cash on collection for all orders. Kindly make your purchases online via our website at SBD.SG



As SBD Singapore does not have a physical store, all purchases have to be made online via our website. If you will like to try on our apparel before making a purchase, kindly arrange an appointment here. After payment is complete on our website, you can collect your item on the spot.



Self-Collection can only be done on every Mondays and Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm and Saturdays from 12pm to 2pm.

Please book an appointment here before coming down. Self-Collections are strictly appointment basis.

Do enter from the side door and up to the second level. Please provide your order number and appointment details when you are here.

Delivery within Singapore

Local delivery of orders are mailed via Singapore Post as Tracked Packages, costing between $3.95 to $6.95. 

All orders are posted to the post office within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless there is an issue with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible.

A parcel tracking number will be sent to your email once it is brought to the Post Office. Allow 3-4 days for Singapore Post to deliver your order.


Shipping outside Singapore

We are able to ship worldwide orders via our courier service providers. A parcel tracking number for will be sent to your email once your parcel is ready for pick up.

Upon checkout on our website, a list of shipping options and prices will appear. Contact us at hello@sbd.sg for a quote if the option for your country is unavailable.

Orders will be prepared for pick up
within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless the shipping fee quoted by our courier service provider exceeds the paid amount - upon which you will be notified as soon as possible.

We will not be responsible for items lost in transit after it has been picked up by the courier. Kindly contact the courier service provider or refer to the tracking number provided to keep track of your parcel. 


Countries with Official Retailers
