SBD training knee wraps

Works as intended, it forces your leg into extension which gives lockout a lot more force as long as you know how to wrap them, first couple wears if your not used to the equipment will hurt so js wear them on an off when first get them.

Aside from that very satisfied with its performance would I recommend not really your into equip lifting or want adifferent training stimulus.
