Self-Collection
After receiving the email that your order is ready for pick up, feel free to visit our store within operating hours to collect your order. Details of our store operating hours and location can be seen here.
Delivery within Singapore
*For time sensitive orders, we would recommend self-collection instead.
Local delivery of orders are mailed using Tracked Packages, costing between $4.20 to $5.90.
All orders are picked up by the courier company within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless there is an issue with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible.
A parcel tracking number will be sent to your email once the shipment is created. Allow 3-4 days for the designated courier company to deliver your order.
*Orders with a mix of ready stock and pre-ordered items will only be sent as a whole once the pre-ordered items have arrived in Singapore.
Shipping outside Singapore
We are able to ship worldwide orders via our courier service providers. A parcel tracking number for will be sent to your email once your parcel is ready for pick up.
